LV Credit Disputes is committed to providing professional credit dispute and credit analysis services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.



Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if no work has been started on the client’s account.
Once credit report analysis, dispute preparation, or related services have begun, the service is considered initiated and refunds are no longer available.



Service Initiation

Services are considered started once any of the following occurs:

  • Credit report review begins
  • Dispute preparation begins
  • Client documentation is reviewed for dispute purposes


3-Day Cancellation Right

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), clients have the right to cancel services within three (3) business days after signing a service agreement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
